A folksionary is a portmanteau for "folk + dictionary". A folksionary is a dictionary of hahstags whose definitions are user-generated, and which were clustered into different senses, just like a classic english dictionary (using Adaptive Lesk algorithm for metric, and Markov Clustering for clustering senses). A folksionary could serve different applications, which all share the need to desambiguate hashtags and/or represent hashtags as a bag of words.
